This website does not use an online database to store your personal information. On submitting your
completed enquiry form an automated email containing your personal and booking request information is sent to info@theroundal.com
for processing.We may store your personal information (name, postal address and email address) on our own private database
in a format other than email; however we will use the information solely for the purpose of processing your booking and will
not share or sell it to any third parties.
In terms of your financial details, we will use the credit/debit card details provided by yourself, to authorise a £150 security deposit 7 days prior to your arrival which will be either refunded or partly/fully captured once you have departed the property in relation to any damage caused or services utilised during your stay. We do not hold/store any financial information of any guest. |
