For Families and Couples
Although St Andrews is known
as the home of golf, the town also offers excellent shopping, art galleries, theatre and museums. Local attractions such
as the castle, cathedral, university buildings, Victorian and Edwardian streets make St Andrews one of the most picturesque
towns in Scotland!

Here in St Andrews stands the ruins of
the city’s castle, the main residence of the bishops and archbishops of St Andrews – the focal point of the Church
in Medieval Scotland. Today, a siege mine and counter-mine can be explored, and the ‘bottle dungeon’ viewed. There
is a visitor centre with exhibition and also a shop which features a range of local products made in Fife!
St Andrews Aquarium

St Andrews Aquarium boasts one of the
finest locations in the historic town. With some of the most beautiful, fascinating and dangerous creatures of the watery
worlds to see, the native sharks to seahorses, lobsters to lionfish, poison dart frogs and loveable seals - you are guaranteed a fantastic day out!
St Andrews Botanic Gardens

The garden has been described as a 'hidden
gem' of Scotland and grows about 8000 species of ferns, herbaceous plants, shrubs and trees are grown here. Some are native
to Scotland but most grow wild in other regions of the world.
